UNIT DESCRIPTION
Garden and resort views at this studio condo in the Banyan Building at the beautiful oceanfront resort of Maui Kaanapali Villas. This condo features three lanais and two sliding glass doors. If you desire sun or shade, you can have it most times of the day. The West lanai is more secluded while the lanai overlooks the beautiful the pool and Jacuzzi. When both sliding doors are open you can enjoy the ocean breezes. The "Mack Wall Bed" can be raised and lowered with just your finger tips. There is a safe built into the dressing room closet, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Also included is a 27" flat-screen TV & DVD player, the owner's library and many CDs. Two guests maximum, please.
Upon check-in the resort collects a $40 Resort Registration fee plus a $20/day + tax facility fee. Fee includes Wi-Fi, local calls and parking.
